TablEdit
If you dive into TablEdit, around $50, as you enter the tab in the timing grid, the standard notation is produced automatically, at the same time. Then you can decide whether or not to include in the printouts.
The Tabs I did for Buck Reid's CD were done in this manner.

OK, the trick is to make sure the changer is in tune first, with no regard to the pull or push rods. You want to loosen the raise and lower rods. -Tune your F# with your finger, pushing the changer right to left sitting behind the guitar.
