Okay, it's narrowed down to Steeler's Choice Sidekick and Walker. Is there anyone out there that's seen or used both of them? Thanks for all your replies. They've been a big help.

Thanks for all the replys guys. Well, so far the overwhelming choice seems to be Steeler's Choice. What's the built in power for? How is the storage space? Enough for volume pedal, cords, strings, picks, bars, tuner, etc? Anybody ever seen or used a Walker?

Best steel seat?

I'm looking for recommendations on the best pac-a-seat on the market. Which one has the most storage space, best latches, most durable, most comfortable, custom height? I don't need one with a back. Thanks for any and all input.

Has anybody ever heard of any tuning problems with either of these guitars? I travel alot and am also concerned about durability. I can't have stuff breaking on the road. Any comments on how solid these instruments are?

Williams or Fessenden?

I've narrowed my new wood body guitar search to Fessenden and Williams and am curious of other players experiences with these guitars. I'm especially interested in hearing from players who have tried both. Which plays better, stays in tune best, has the best tone, is built more solidly, and allows t...

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I haven't been able to locate a Dan Shields, and think I may go with a True Tone and stay single coil. If anyone has more feedback on a Shields or knows where I can find one, I'd love to hear about it.

Looking for splittable 12 string humbucker

I'm looking for suggestions on a good 12 string splittable humbucking pickup, that when using only single coil, doesn't sacrifice any of the quality of a good dedicated single coil pickup. I'd like to know who makes them and what some of your experiences are with them.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I do think I've narrowed it down between Williams and Fessenden, judging from all of your comments and other players I've spoken to. Duane, the guitar you're working on soungs great, and I've heard wonderful things about your work. Will you make a S-12? What can any...

Hey Dave V.A., I think we met years ago when I used to live in Baltimore. Thanks for the suggestions. Have you played or heard any of the guitars you mentioned?

Thanks for the warm welcome and the feedback. David, the Fulawka sounds like it might be what I'm looking for. Has anybody else on the Forum played one? Do you like the way your Williams plays b0b?

Need feedback on new wood body guitars

I'm looking to get a new steel. I've played a late 70's Shobud S-12 for 27 years and like the warmth and looks of a wood body guitar. I'm not at all familiar with the brands on the market and would love to get some feedback on any of your experiences with them. Any suggestions on a good new guitar t...
