Lighter steel guitar amp.

For my money it's the Peavey LTD 400. I have 2 of these and I love them. The amp weighs about 48 pounds and carries a 15", 4 ohm Black Widow speaker.

Chris;I had the same problem with a black Widow 15 inch. speaker. Only rattled when I hit that Boo-Wah pedal on the low B on my universal Dekley. Tuned out that there was a piece of metal filament on the Voice Coil. Never rattled when I played my Marlen single neck E-9th. Guess The notes did'nt go d...

For what it's worth:If you want to go straight E9th,buy an S10or SD1O .Don't ruin your guitar.I once changed an S12 universal to straight E9th. It only took about 1 hour for me to regret it; I missed my 6th tuning and changed it back to the universal setup. Ron C.

Message for Buck Grantham. Look for a Peavey LTD 400;they only weigh 48 lbs, have a 15 inch black widow speaker, and pack 200 watts. I have 2 of them and love the sound. Maybe Peavey should start producing the LTD again

He was playing with George Jones at the time;I was just mesmerized by the sound that came out of his Sho=Bud amp...
