Amplifier tone settings

Can anybody suggest some "generic" tone settings? My amp is a 100 watt Lab Series L9 w/ 15" speaker, w/ Base, Frequency, Midrange, Treble, Multi-filter and Reverb controls. I can run volume pedal direct or cut in to loop circuit. Thanx
