I have a '37 just like it, but no 3rd pot. I have a '39-'40 bakelite Ric also and agree that the sound is similar but more bite.

Ray -- I'm one of the people who emailed you asking if you knew how to get access on a mac. I did it because I think the site is great and I'd love to hear the clips...and I'm sure I'll figure out a way to do it. Thanks for your work, keep it up.

An old post on this subject mentioned tuner problems on the D8 versus the stringmaster. No matter how gorgeous the sound bad tuners make me nuts. Any current opinions? Thanks.
