I would suggest that if Mr. Quinn finds such talent so boring then maybe he should refrain from reading the forum...either that or put something on Youtube so that we can all hear how much better he is than the best >:-)

Mr.Ivey...such negativity :whoa: The line in the song says :- "You can`t please everyone" That is patently OBVIOUS :\ so if it`s all the same to you the rest of us will take the next line :_ "So you`ve got to please yourself" Here`s a quarter....go buy yourself a pound of positiv...

Another vote for the Dixon throne here

Dixon Xinde series...shaped like a Harley seat/saddle in blue/white...extremely comfortable over long periods and all the adjustment anyone could want, plus very sturdy and well made.

Two thumbs up IMHO :D

Dick and Tamara, Someone with more knowledge may correct me if I'm wrong here...but what "set-up" you use..ie...Day or Emmons, shouldn`'t make any difference IMO...it doesn`t matter what brand PSG you have nor where the pedals /levers are located on your instrument....if the TAB says "...

Thank you gary and Jerry :) So I guess that to `tame` the high note `thin-ness or Piercingness ` I should look to amp settings ? I am currently using an 18K ohm TT pickup which I like, I have also tried an XR-16. I guess my next question should be :- Does the scale length of the string make any diff...
