In answer to Mr Smith's post, and to be absolutely clear, I used my visa card in an ATM to get a cash advance and with that money I purchased a money order.

The money was sent by post and was a US mail order. I was in New York at the time. I went to the Post Office just off 42nd Street, used my credit card to get a mail order and posted it to Litaker's address in Kannapolis. He then acknowledged receipt of the money.
