Evans RE 200 Amp

I would like to hear any comments, both pro and con, on the use of the Evans RE 200 for my pedal steel. I am considering it because of it's light weight. Sounds like what is known in the electronics industry as a "ground loop" The first thing to try would be get a ground buster (an ac plug that converts a three wire connection to a two wire) and see if that helps. Unplug any other equipment that might also be supplying a ground. Be careful ...

I installed a Jensen NEO12-100. The Impedance should match the original speaker (4 ohm)The reason, Weight. Magnet weight is 7.1 oz.
