Hudson bearing size.

They are from a pull release changer system,the screws are to hook the strings onto,and you can see where the pull rods have been rubbing against some of them. I noticed those "wear marks", too, Jimmy. But with rods going through the holes, I can't see any way a rod could rub on the side ...

Hi Steven,the Gyatone Steel I have is all pull rods no cables,it’s a pull release system,and would be very easy to fit knee levers using springs to balance the changer fingers in a central position so they can be pulled and released.Thanks for your input very much appreciated..

Hi Bob ,great to hear from you again,and as you say this is indeed a very rare steel,and it does not use cables,it is al rods ,it’s a pull release system,plays very well and sounds pretty good.Not sure what sort of value this is worth,it is in absolute great original condition,as is the case also....

I would suggest when you get the broken end of the nipple out that you put a small washer on the new one,the problem with some of the nipples are not threaded up to the nut,and that leaves a weak point ,and by putting a small washer on the nipple it will seat up against the pedal a lot firmer.
