Question for Tech21 Blonde pedal owners

Hi,

I just got a Tech21 Blonde pedal and would love fellow owners to share their favorite settings.

Also, in terms of hook up, I'm Guitar--->Volume Pedal--->Blonde--->DM2 Delay--->WET reverb--->Aphex Xciter--->Tech21 Power Power Engine 60 (a powered speaker)

Look ok?

Thanks

Very good teaching method and high production quality. I just picked this one up.. Please keep lessons coming...I hope you continue to focus on the theory of pedal steel and how to apply it to real life playing vs. just learning tab songs.

That's even better, just point me to your site or how to buy...Peterson site has them on backorder until April, that's why I'm inquiring.

Thanks!

Thanks everyone, these are all good points about why it makes sense to have the sidecar on the left side. Not to open another debate, but I'm wondering if I need the sidecar since it just makes for a bigger thing to have to lug around. However it does seem the ideal place to park picks, slides, stri...

Steel seat sidecar question

Thinking of getting a steel seat with a side car...I noticed most (all) of the time, the sidecar is on the left-hand side. I'm right-handed, and it would seem more logical to have the sidecar on right-hand side in terms of access. Does it matter what side it is on? Am I missing something?

Wow, I missed some good stuff on the forum while I was away, Rick's recording of Pork Pie hat being one of them. Rick this is really fantastic!. Your tone, feel, choice of notes and harmony are terrific. When your vocal comes in, it is truly haunting and right in the Mingus/Miles vein. I'm sure Min...

I’m late to the party, as I have been away from my high speed connection for the last week, but I want to say Happy New Year to you Jeff! This is a great work and I am very happy you decided to record it for us all to enjoy. All the best in 2004!

David,

The V-SAM does not have a pass-through because it has a built-in tone generator. I was told the decision not to include a pass-through was so that the tone could not accidentally get blasted through your amp or the PA.

Thanks everyone for your input. I would love to check out one of those mysterious Jr.’s sometime. Is it a stomp box size item? How would it compare to a Rotosphere? I did a search on Google and on Ebay and nothing came up, so I would imagine it is a very rare item. <FONT SIZE=1 COLOR="#8e236b&q...

Curly Chalker on Wolverton Mountain

Does anyone know how Curly Chalker created the organ sound used on Wolverton Mountain from the Counterpoint album? If you are unfamiliar with the cut or would like a refresher, here is a sample: Wolverton Mountain sample MP3 Would an HK Rotosphere be able to convincingly recreate this sound? Thanks ...

Tonight is the grand opening of the new Guitar Center on 14th Street. 30,000 square feet of musical goodness. My experience visiting these stores around the country is that they get mad at you if you DON'T play their guitars. Also, each store has a nice vintage collection. See: http://www.guitarcent...

You will have to make them into WAV files before burning to CD.

HI Ron, I remember someone asked the question about the thru-jack either on this forum or the Peterson forum, and I think the answer was that because the V-SAM has a tone generator, they did not want to offer the thru jack to avoid any accidental blasting of the tone through a PA, amp, etc. --------...
