rack
4U rack. Furman in the bottom (when standing on end), Rev, M-300, Korg tuner facing up. Into SPLIT. The sound man, who is a darn good guitar picker ( plays through a silverface twin) is dying to try his guitar through it.He says it's the best clean sound he's ever heard. Thanks to Chuck Back, who ca...

Neil and Rich are both here, but I don't think either is gigging anywhere at this time. I hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Boneyard etc
Hi, The Boneyard and the Pima Air and Space Museum are both in Tucson, pretty much next to one another. I think that you need to call Davis Monthan AFB to arrange to see the Boneyard, as they don't have scheduled tours, otherwise you can drive around the perimiter for a ways and look through the fen...

SPLIT
Hi,
My experience with the SPLIT has been that it sounds different in the club than in my house, if I use the same settings. It is no problem to get a very similar sound, but it takes very different settings on my RTP.
To me the combination of these two components gives a wonderful result.

party
Yeah, I was so busy I forgot to call Frank back. The next thing I knew I was talking to Billy O on the phone. I couldn't have stayed long anyway, because I had to go to the Mav. that night. Billy told me the cops came, not just once, but twice. Alright! the old folks can still party.

Neal Harry
I haven't been over to hear Neal on Wed. nights yet, but I have heard that his playing is just as good or better than it was. Rich Brennian is still here, he has filled in for me at least once, and has sat in so I got to hear him. What an excellent player. I believe Rich is the musical director at a...

SPLIT
I play in a pretty loud band. I sit downstage left in front of the bass player, on top of the underfloor subs, and far enough downstage that I get a pretty good dose of the stage left main array. I also have the bandleader to my right, and he uses a pair of wedges, one of which is right next to my r...

I'm also using the M300. I've had it for quite a while and I like it. The Rev has stereo outs, but they're not independently controllable for output. What you can do, though, is send different effects to either side, or in my case send one side to my TC Furlong SPLIT, and the other side to the house...

Jack, the SPLIT has more than 3 times the power and weighs 12 or 13 pounds less than a 112. It is a little smaller too.

SPLIT Powered cabinet
I got my cab a while ago, and while waiting for my Rev Pre. I preamped it with my NV112. It was pretty doggone good. WAY better than the 112 alone. The SPLIT (that's what TC calls it) is a 29 pound powered cab with a neo 12 in. speaker and a power amp that puts 300W into the 8 ohm speaker. When I go...

Oh boy am I looking forward to this weekend. Anyway, someone please buy this NV 112 so I can bask in the glorious new rig with no...
