Didn’t Forum member T. Sage Harmos build a proto-type pedal steel with stepper-switches back around 2002/2003? Not to derail this thread but out of curiosity, does anyone still have a Harmos carbon-fiber lap-steel guitar?

An outstanding execution of a brilliant design

It’s different than trad psg and I like it.

I was fortunate to see Mike and Jerry at a very small venue in Philadelphia, PA, many years ago. The place was packed and so small that I sat about 3 feet BEHIND Jerry, it was a great show.

Greely, I hope you will be in better health very soon. This was the best deal I've ever seen on the forum.

I'm assuming that like myself, many PSG builders are close to or at the age where they can retire (like Mr. Zumsteg and Mr. Franklin).

If my assumption is (even partially) correct, who are the younger generation PSG builders that will continue the advancement of the PSG?
