I guess I have been out of the loop, I ask why or what do you do with the F# from the G# string (3rd). I guess I need to research that move. If you could post a clip of that speed picking part, it would be nice. Thanks.

I use one just like this for a learning guitar for my students and I must say I really like that guitar. It stays in tune, light, and sounds great. I would consider this guitar for that price as a great workable guitar.

He went to Lubbuck and really liked that. He was a lot of fun, his family are great people and I see them when I'm down there, it's been a while. His parents still have his guitar and amp at the house. Yeah he was a special kind of player. I heard that story about the fiddle player also. I walked ou...

Bruce's parents still live in the Canton, Mo. area.He owned a Plymouth Road Runner and one nite we ran out of gas on Green River Parkway and so we hitched a ride into town and was waiting for the station to open and the cop wanted to arrest us for vagrancy. It didn't happen that God.

Bruce was from Revere, Mo. and was a hoot alot of the time. We worked around home till I graduated then we went to Nashville already having jobs there. Being just kids life was cool, but the writing for my future was on the wall. I found a place to flop and did the family life, he moved to Texas and...

Hi Larry, Bruce had a brain tumor removed and erased his memory. I stopped by his parents house and he had been in a nursing home and they couldn't keep him so he was at mom and dads house. I set up his guitar just to see what he would do and he sat down to it, then didn't feel like playing it. The ...

Phase Shifter for that Buddy Sound

Just wondering which Phase Shifter is or was the choice of many players? Kind of looking for something with a slight Big E sound on a ballad. I have several but just wondering what is a good one for the steel.

Phase Shifter for that Buddy Sound

I'm not much for effects, but what is the PS that most guys and Mr. E play or played? I have a few here at the house from years gone by, but if I wanted to use one, which would be a good sounder?

I really doubt the Blackstar amp will work, it is a high gain guitar amp that would work better with a AC/DC steeler than a Jamie Johnson steeler. I'd personally walk away they are not a expensive amp by no means.

Instructor in Sioux Falls area for Lap Steel

I have been contacted by a future lap steeler in Sioux Falls, SD. for a instructor. Here in Iowa, we have a strong Jumpstart Program with several instructors throughout the Midwest, but our weekness is the area this lad hails from. I would like to be able to find him a instructor and soon. We can't ...

Take the measurements and go to a gun store and buy a gun case that fits it. I'm not kidding for less that a 100.00 you can get a light case that will work and two cases for the hardware.

One of the things that come to my mind is how to accomidate this program to fit your area. You must have a program design to #1 Have enough instructors and have a agreement with the instructors on how the guitar will be taught. #2 Cost of everything. There are more, these are a few. Everyones progra...
