You should contact the US Postal Inspectors and file a complaint. This is mail fraud and is taken very seriously, a Federal case in fact. They have offices in major cities, I know Houston and Dallas have offices. Perhaps a forum member that lives near an office and pick up the necessary forum and ma...

You can buy the kit from Emmons on their website. I bought a new LeGrandeII earlier this year and added a vertical to it.

Here's a radical idea...plug them into an amp and listen. If it sounds good it's a good guitar! Too many musicians listen with their eyes rather than their ears.

Ever play an acoustic guitar with a plywood top? Compare it to a Martin or Gibson, etc. with a solid spruce top. That's the point. Plywood has it's uses, however musicial instrument construction is not one of them.

Mike, Yes they do and Peavey does!! I buy Peavey products because of the quality...and the customer support. Peavey obviously "cares" and it shows. I have an older N400, a N1000 that I purchased about 6 months ago which is SUPER. I just purchased a DeltaFex yesterday. I have never used any...

Steve, I added self adhesive non-slip material to my pedals, works fine. I think I picked it up at Home Depot or Lowes. Just cut it to size, peel and stick. The knee lever is not adjustable. Mine sounds fine, I play it through a Nashville 400 w/ peavey mod. I also have a Nashville 1000, but the Cart...

You will find most of the A teams near Fayetteville, North Carolina. Those not deployed to Afgantistan or other un named locations are probably hanging out around "smoke bomb hill" or there abouts. They don't do much steel playing..no time.

Everyone should own a "Maverick"...once. It will make you really appreciate a real steel. I started on a Fender 400..the Maverick was a step up, it had a knee lever..w0w. Bobbe you would sound good playing a cigar box with strings acrossed it, some of us (me) don't have that kind of talent...

Jamie,

Visit the Carter Website and you can hear the different Lawrence and GeoL pu's. I use a GeoL 10-1 on my wood neck Sho-Bud and really like it. I listened to them all , chose the 10-1 and I am very satisfied with the sound of my Sho-Bud.

I use a 400 and a 1000. My Sho Bud sounds best through the N1000, it has a GeoL 10-1 pu. My Carter with a Lawrence pu sounds better throught the N400 w/ Peavey mod. In both cases the reverb is great, but I use just a little about 2 or 3 on either amp. I have no plans to get rid of either, I am satis...

Recently purchased a "PETERSON VS-1" strobe handheld tuner. It will do it all. Tunes down to 16 Hz. Flat or sharp notes by 0.1 cents steps. Stores tempered tunings. I am very impressed with it. It is also very very stable. Cost more, but money well spent, in my opinion.
