Ever since I got Jackson’s For Everyman album back around 1975’ I’ve had a deep respect for Mr Lindley. He’s all over that record with some of the best lap tones ever and some nice fiddle work too.

I’ve had a cheap Regal Sq neck reso and a Chandler 6str lap since 2004-5.
Now I’m the proud owner or a Stage One Encore for the last 10 days.
So far I’ve put in about 30 hrs and I can’t stop.

Newbie here but Ive dabbled in lap, reso, and banjo quite a bit. Ive never had a problem keeping fingerpicks on. My nemesis is the thumbpick. Mediums are nearly always too tight and cut off my circulation and large is too big and wont stay secure. If I find one thats a comfortable enough wrap, there...
