I bought my first pedal steel, a Justice, about 6 months ago. Ron was great to work with. I think that for the reasonable price, it's a good guitar.

What Steel are you playing and how old is it ? :?: It's a brand new Justice S10 Emmons setup. I got it 6 months ago. To me it sounds like a grounding issue. Check the ground on the pick-up and check the nut on the jack. See if it's tight. Actually maybe loosen it a little and tighten it back up. Hi Matthew. Welcome to the lefty steel club! I have yet to own a Justice, but it should be a solid guitar. I highly recommend that you start with 3 pedals and 4 knee levers at a minimum.
