I always liked the dbx rack mount compressor. While I’m new to pedal steel, I used the dbx many gigs on the kick drum mic. It has a great limiter functionality.

I check at sites like Reverb, Craigslist, EBay, OfferUp, AmericanListed, Shoppok. Mostly used.

George…thanks for providing the link to that Dekley manual. That’s what I needed.

If I were looking at a Dekley pedal steel, how would I know if it was a Slimline versus a non Slimline model? Would it have a Slimline decal? If not, what are other ways to tell? Or are all Dekley steels called Slimline? Thanks.
