Will this take a regular DC power supply? Do you know what Amperage is required?

Anyone know how to change pedal configuration on a Carter S-10? I want to move the C pedal to the first pedal position. Shifting the A and b pedal over one position to the right. 1=C, 2=A, 3=B. Is this very difficult? Thanks, Barry.
