I have owned my Franklin for over 20 years and the service that Mr Franklin and his wife gave me has been superb. The guitar has been amazingly trouble free until the last couple of years. IMHO the time for perfectionism is in my practice sessions. I really believe that I will play like I practice.

Having said that, I recognize that mistakes can and will happen. However, sometimes that leads to lucky accidents that open up whole new ideas.
