I just wanted to share a video of a recording I did of the Speedy West tune "Afternoon of a Swan". I've been wanting to learn how to play that for a long time, but my chops weren't what they needed to be. Tried again a few months ago and almost gave up but persevered. Such a beautiful song...

Yes the built-in video editing tools with your operating system are usually good for basic editing.

I use Hitfilm Express which is free and packed with features (also a bit of a learning curve). You can buy addon packs as needed for certain types of effects.
