To drop the pickup lower on my Justice, I had to grind off the sides of the baseplate. The Dremel worked great.

My 705 was blowing out my effects and tubes, hence the drop. I got it to be about 5 to 6 mm from the strings, and it now sounds great to me.

I screwed my 705 way down and use short jack cables. Tested on a Telonics 4 ohm and on 2x12 Eminence Red Fang Alnico's running at 8 ohm. Yup I did, and he has indeed been very responsive and helpful. I did get my pickup down a bit and it helped some.
