Albert and the gang really did a fine job this year. This was my first one and enjoyed myself so much I am planning on going back in 2024.

Can anyone suggest a small amp for pedal steel that is decent? My Peavey Nashville 400 seems to be getting heavier everyday.

I also Highly reccomend All Of Doug Beaumier's books. Doug's books have a mixture of country, Hawaiian and gospel songs along with a track of the arrangement as well as a rhythym track. His arrangements will work for the 6 or 8 string.

My brother started playing dobro about 8 years ago and he started out with a Regal he bought new off ebay. I think he got it for around 100.00 with case! It served him well until he moved up to a custom made one.

Also, you might want to check out Doug Beaumier's books with backing tracks CD's included. Doug is a fantastic player.

David, years ago I wrote and published a banjo instruction book. I put mostly standards in the book, but I put "arranged by" with my name at the top of the page. I think you would be okay going ahead and doing that. You are copyrighting the arrangement, not the song.
