Update: Someone has claimed them. Just thought I'd offer this up to y'all that knew Jerry. Last time I was at his his house, Jerry gave me several of his steel CDs. I don't have a CD player, so I can't do much with them. But I'd happily ship them to someone that would listen to and appreciate them. ...

I've had several takers that need it shipped. Several that are just far enough away that delivery would require an overnight stay, and I'm conflicted about whether I can pull off that kind of a trip at the moement. And 4 folks that said they'd buy it and pick it up, then back out due to personal cir...

1978 Zumsteel SD12 5+5 #43 made, Rogers Arkansas

1978 Zumsteel SD125543, SD12, 5+5, #43 made. This is a rare early Zum and a beast of a machine. It has the original early Zumsteel double line logo. Sounds fantastic. It is configured as an Ext E9 with Day pedal setup, there are a few unused fingers with black lines marked on the ends. Copedent in p...

Current owner of this exceptional Zumsteel SD10 4+8. It still has the cross rod and crank for that 5th pedal, just not the pedal and rod. I'm reluctantly contemplating putting it up for sale in the near future. If anyone is interested, I can provide more info. Here's a jawdropping gut shot. https://...

Plastic Bar for Dobro Sound - FOUND

I have a pedal setup that's giving me a pretty convincing dobro sound, but I understand that a plastic bar can be the icing on the cake. Anybody know what kind are best for this purpose and where to find them? Or have one for sale?

I'm in Rogers, Arkansas, just shy of a 2 hour drive. I've got a Peavey TKO Tour Series 400W 1x15. A little rough around the edges cosmetically, but electrically sound and plenty of power for any size gig. Retails for $599, I can do $250 if I meet you somewhere. Maybe less if you come pick up.

Until recently, I gigged in what I consider casual attire, my daily jeans, t-shirt, and sneakers. But I decided to change that and "look the part", as it were. I have a new pair of cowboy boots specifically for gigging. Played one gig in them without practice, and that was a mistake. Guess...

My perception is about 10-20% of players use the Day setup, and my guess is the same goes for pros and non-pros alike. The most common reasoning for doing so is it's what we learned on / what the person who taught them used. My first steel was Day setup when I got it. I didn't know any different and...
