I was thinking of using ceracoat, more durable then powder coat and only 1 or 2 mil thick.

I ordered an item form Boise Id. was shipped 3rd day USPS. It went to Ma. for a 5 day vacation before heading to Alaska.

I like the split wrap reso for dobro. not good enough on psg to say.

I decided to keep the Carter for know. I might put it back up for sale after I find a worthy replacement.

I'm still looking for one, have to sell my D-10. Hoping
to fine one from a dealer. I have an offer for a trade but haven't seen pictures yet.

Is there anyone that does pre-buy inspections? I'm looking to buy a U-12, can't afford or want to wait for a new one. But also don't want to pay shipping to Alaska to fined out the guitar isn't playable. Being a new player it could take me awhile to find out its a bad guitar and not me.

Sounds like the same problems I'm having. I'm thinking of soldering a ring on my bar for my index finger.

Due to arthritis I have weak thumbs and have a hard time griping a bar. Wrest angle seams to make a deference. On my front neck I can't lift my bar, but on back neck I can by changing wrest angle. Might have to trade my Carter D10 for a single neck.

I play a little guitar and dobro but new to pedal steel. I think you have answered my question I'll be signing up for your E9 course than take it from there.

Paul I have seen on video you say C6 is easer to learn than E9. For a new player is it better to start with your E9 or C6 foundation course? I was looking at E9 simply because there seams to be more material available.
