Copedent Question

https://bb.steelguitarforum.com/userpix2020-03/17431_PSGCopedant_2.jpg This is the copedent my Mullen Discovery came with. I'm new to PSG, so anyone have any thoughts on this? Is it better to learn on a certain copedent like the "standard emmons"? Curious to hear yalls thoughts/opinions. ...

Thanks Ricky. Appreciate the heads up! I'm really just looking for some sections of songs to be tabbed out. Small intros, breaks, licks etc.. For example, "Johnson Blvd" by Amos Lee. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVSvNcgHrxI The small intro and break is what I'm looking for in that song....

Tab requests for $

As a newbie, who do I have to pay to get some songs tabbed out? More than happy to Venmo/PayPal someone! They are simple songs, I just can’t pick them out myself yet.

Thanks John Widgren!

Wanted to throw a thank you message out there for John Widgren. Bought my first (and long awaited) Mullen Discovery from him. He went above and beyond throughout the process and really helped out. Thanks for all the help John!

Amos Lee - Johnson Blvd steel break

Can anyone tab out the break at 2:15? Doesn't seem horribly difficult but I'm a newbie and can't do anything by ear yet. Thanks!!

2003 Taylor 414ce $1300

For sale is my 2003 Taylor 414ce for $1,300. According to, and priced by, a local luthier, it is in "very good condition". Original Grover tuners, no neck breaks and very few serious nicks. It has "character marks" due to 15 years of casual playing, but looks and sounds gorgeous....

Kacey Musgraves - It Is What It Is tab

Anyone have a tab (or care to take the time to draw one up) for the break in It Is What It Is by Kacey Musgraves? It's a really pretty steel solo if you haven't heard it. Thanks!

New Mullen Discovery vs. Used Royal Precision

Hey all, I'm relatively new to the forum and wanted to get some opinions. I'm in the market for a Mullen and am wondering what the better choice would be between getting a brand new Discovery or mint-condition used Royal Precision. I can find a mint-condition RP for around the same price as a brand ...

I love the colored fretboard markings. Is that a custom job by GFI? I was under the impression they didn't usually come colored.
