I am such a newbie to the pedal steel. If I am on my 4th fret that is an G# or Ab chord not a Bb chord. Sorry. Now you know why I definitely need to simplify things. LOL

I just purchase a MSA Classic SS. The serial number is 1c6529. It has five pedals and 4 knee levels. Seems to be a pretty solid guitar. I am moving up from my Hudson 6 string steel. Any info you can share will be greatly appreciated.

I have a blackbeard dobro that I use on stage. I want to expand and play a lap steel on stage. Can I use the fishman acoustic amp with the Rouge lap steel or will this destroy my fishman? Can I use a DI box to get around any issues with the lap steel.
