So I came across this s-10 3&4 with pad standard e9 setup except RKL raises 1&2 can’t remember what key. No significant markings or initials nor serial numbers... Grover tuners. Can’t tell what else they used (sorry new to pedal steels) and looks like they tried to mimic a zum fretboard....
