Nice Job on Sleepwalk

I think this guy is a member here, but I also think his name Lee Jones might be a pretty common name? Does anyone know anything thing about the lapsteel he is playing? I never saw one like it. I also don't see any control knobs and not sure what kind of bridge and pickup he has on there. He did a n...

I just grabbed my bar and used my thumb and index on the one side, the middle finger on the top (basically just resting there) and the ring finger on the left side. It's not the best way to hold it, but I think it's doable.

Does it work? I guess it's worth whatever anyone is willing to pay for it. Stuff like that is a hard thing to put a price on. Nothing to compare it to. One of a kind....I wouldn't get my hopes up $$$$ wise.

I should come over to the Builders' Corner more often. Seems I am always on the Steel W/O Pedals section. Andy, that is a sweet one for sure. You got a lot of grain going on there! My favorite section of grain is on the neck sides....very classy build.

I know absolutely nothing about Fender Stringmasters. However, it looks to me like it was designed to feed the strings in from the larger holes (vertical part of the end plate) and then go vertical through the smaller holes on the top of the (horizontal part) of the stringer plate. I would assume t...

Are you sure the markers are in the proper position. When I first started I bought a stick on fretboard from a so called reputable vendor and it was way off!. After that disappointment I always made my own.

I would like to know what woods did you use on the red one? It sort of reminds me of a 30's Audiovox but with the body sides switched. Interesting design, I wish you the best of luck with your new venture.
