I just purchased cute little '53 Fender lap steel. I play a '52 Telecaster, but know nothing about lap steel guitars. Is there a beginner's type of strings to use, tunings, how to hold the slide, etc. Please help me. It's strange to have played for 35 years and have to approach a guitar as a beginne...
