Lane, actually I'm trying to play a diatonic scale with lowered 7 in 6ths, moving the bar as little as possible. In E major:

E F# G# A B C# D E
G# A B F# D E B G#

With my copedent (posted yesterday) is it possible to alternate major/minor sixths (e.g., in the key of C: Am/C <--> Gm/Bb) using just the pedals/knee levers, without moving the bar?

OK I'm entry level and it's unlike the factory setup so I was concerned that I was missing something. Thanks for the reassurance.

What are the best picks money can buy for someone at my level? I'm using the second hand picks that came with along with the guitar and the thumb pick seems ok but I can't seem to get a consistent attack w/ the fingers.

I'm an entry level player. I recently bought a GFI Ultra and I'm beginning to work on 2 part harmony scales and simple songs on the E9 neck. Too easy! No hole change. All that was needed was to (1) loosen ferrule screw (2) take up some slack in the rod (3) re-tighten and that was it.
