George, ok... I want them. The price is fine. How can I pay you? Is Paypal ok? Or do you subscribe to Venmo? I could send a check. What do you want?

George, this looks like what I need. My Peavey KB/A6 amp reverb stopped working, repair or new amp is out of reach at this time. I want my reverb function back, have never used delay, but anxious to try it out. Do you have manuals for both? I spent a lifetime in electronics but music stuff is so ver...

I don't know much about the seats, but am VERY interested in your Easy Rider. I am looking for something other than the 'drum throne' I ride now. Do you have any more pics of yours? And what is the shipping to Granite City Il?

A beautiful rendition of a song that is very special to me, written by a good friend of mine, Frank Acheson, many years ago. I remember well the day he presented it to all of us, the fellow members of the Victory Quartet, southern gospel, while we were traveling on ol' Paradise, the (very old, very ...

Magnatone
Yep, had one for years, played in a local band, lead and/or steel, had good sound. I rigged a switch box from lead to steel, plugged in "common" (stereo) input with tremolo, and it sounded great to me! Sold it (had a bad 60hz hum) a few years back and went to solid state amp.

your guitar for sale
Marty, I'm very interested & the price is good. My only problem is my entire PSG experience has been limited to an 8 string Fender 400. I know nothing about rods & bellcranks, copedents, knee pedals, & lots more. I'd need some expert guidance just to do anything, but I've been wanting to...

Do you still have your guitar for sale? I want to update from a Fender 400, 8 string, to a 10 string, but concerned about the difference. PM me & we'll talk. Monty

your package post
notice your post dated Feb 2017 still open. Have you sold package yet, or are you parting it out? I'm an old novice, 54 years playing a Fender 400. How hard would it be for me to 'switch' to 10 strings, pedal set, different tuning, etc? I know almost nothing about the changes since the '60's, but I ...

'cheater' id's
I play(?) a simple 4 foot-pedal, 8 string Fender 400, and after I changed my tuning, was having similar problems. I typed up my own 'cheat strip', via my computer, on sticky paper, cut out the strip, & stuck it on my side of the body aligned with the frets of the fretboard. It provides a quick r...

Re: searching for 'the tone' on my Fender 400
Thanx to all the replies. I should have explained... even though I've been pickin' at it for most of my 77 years, I have never had any pro instructions and am fairly ignorant about things you all mentioned. My 400 is 1960's sunburst model, four foot pedals, and original P/U made a bad hum, so when I...

searching for "the tone" on my Fender 400
After my rebuild (Tom Bradshaw P/U, new vol & tone pots), I am not satisfied with the 'voice'. Is there anything I can add to allow me to vary the voice, similar to an equalizer between the volume pedal & amplifier? I've tried adjusting tone pots on amp, pedal, and PSG, but bass strings just...

WOW! The only 'real' PSG I've ever owned is my early '60's 400, very similar to this, but mine must be older 'cause it has a solid round bar style bridge. I was NOT even aware the 400 ever had a roller style (much better!) I'm in process of a rebuild on mine. Hope yours does as good as it looks. Hav...

Need A New Pickup
I'm ignorant of all the terms & references used freely on most of the Forum posts, but maybe someone could just help me figger out what to do. I have a '60's Fender 400 and I need to replace the pickup. I tried Jerry Wallace for one of his, but he doesn't think his will fit. Now what? Should I g...

Fender 8 string
I have a Fender 400 8 string, circa 1960's, had it since '63. Played for several years in small bands, loved it (and I still do!) Currently doing a rebuild on it, wanting to change nut & bridge to "roller" type...looking for place to get them. I have never played knee pedals (although ...

A sad loss
All steelers should know... we lost a great one and will be looking for his replacement(?) Dewitt "Scotty" Scott from St Louis, MO, has passed on. Don't know the details, but hopefully Michael his son will post something. So sad...
