I never felt that connected to my Rains. I liked it, but it felt a bit distant. But the moment a sat behind my Sho-Bud LDG (before I bought it) I felt an instant connection, the way it fit my frame, how it sat under my hands, the tone, the easy playability... I fell in love right away, obsessed over...

A pro player told me recently he changes them after about 3 hours of use, as he feels they start to develop tuning issues pretty quickly. Personally, I change mine when I notice I am having a harder time getting in tune than usual... plus I feel a fresh set just sounds nicer ; )

Hasn't the Sarno FreeLoader essentially replaced the Black Box...? What did the BB do that is so sought after?

Well here is one of my versions of the Deluxe Reverb. It's loaded with KT66 power tubes and huge trannies to support that filament current. I also used 2x10 golds for speakers which is awesome!
