I had a steel drive me nuts because I suspected everything else except the P/U. I had to turn the volu,me to seven just to hear it.

Thanks guys. The amp was purschased new last year and the pre amp outlet is on tne back of the amp. Does anyone know the amount of power the signal pre amp out is? Again thanks.

Sorry about taking so long to get back. I use an RV 2,an Ibanez flanger,Dim.C,and a Boss Turbo Overdrive dist. I fried my Session 500 and am forced to use an Evans. Signal from steel goes to effects in then signal out stomp boxes to main input on amp. Volume pedal is on effects loop. I do get a bear...

I need some Info on how to patch a amp to create stereo like sound. I own a Evans and Session 500. I am playing trough my Evans. I use a Morley stereo volume pedal and I want to patch my 500 so to have my session for all effects and my Evans for a dry amp. Thanks for the Info.

Thanks for the info. Does Evans build a stronger amp? I heard they make one thats about 500 watts. Is this True? Does anyone know the specs and the sound of a Webb amp?

I have a chance to buy a 200 watt evans amp. The amp is less than six months old and in perfect shape. I am not familar with the line of Evans amps and would welcome any input about the line and prices. Its owner is asking $500 for the amp and I am told that it sold new for eleven hundred. Thanks

I had the same problem with my session 500. I mounted the can upside down and it really did help.

A (+) wire from the battery to the small board on my Goodrich preamp worked its way loose from the small printed curcit.I cant find where it goes.Is there anyway to get a schematic for this unit.I can do the repair if I know which hole on the PC it goes to.Thanks.
