Looks similar to an early Williams to me. Looks too like they feed the front neck off of the back neck...jmo

L.M. did an outstanding job refurbishing the guitar, and it was a very pleasant business transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another guitar from him, but three is enough for the moment....
