Hi guys,
Hope you are all well.
when I hit the b pedal on my Carter the 6th string is going out of tune.

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Steel Seat Brackets
Hey Guys,
Does anyone know where I could get some pedal steal seat brackets from? I have a seat already but want to put a back rest on it. I just need to find some brackets that will allow it to fold down.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ben Morine

Cleartune & Stage Noise
Hi Guys,
I have been using cleartune for a while now and it is great although when tuning on stage the app is picking up the stage noise even though my guitar is connected to my iPhone via an irig.
Is there any way to avoid this?
Thanks in advance.

Vintage or New Pedal Steel Guitar
Hi There Gents! So I have been looking around at different PSG's to try and make a decision which one to upgrade to. Obviously in Australia we don't have a lot of choice as PSG's don't come up for sale very often. I have people tell me in the past that I should always buy a newer guitar as the vinta...

Why can't I stop thinking about PSG?
Hi Guys, I literally cannot stop thinking about PSG. I have been learning for nearly 12 months and I am absolutely loving this. I can hardly concentrate at work I keep imagining getting home from work and heading straight to the music room to practice. I am constantly on the hunt for new practice ti...

Many thanks to all that replied to my post. I have now solved the problem. I was using the Jeff Newman system, with a Korg Chromatic tuner and it just did not sound right according to my ears. Many thanks to Jim Priebe for sending me the tempered settings for the GFI guitars. It worked fantastically...

Yeah I saw that one go. $970 is quite a lot. If only Pedal Steels would show up in Australia! any used steel guitar in OZ you are looking at 3000 bucks and upwards for a pro model. I have seen the Car Starters here go for between 1000 - 1500 which works out about the same sort of money if converted ...

Are pedal steel guitar legs universal - PSG Newbie
Hi there folks, I have recently acquired an old pack a seat from a good friend of mind however the seat is too tall for the pedal steel. My question is are all legs on the pedal steel guitars universal? I was thinking of buying some extendable legs for my GFI Student model to lift it up a bit so I c...

Wow thanks everyone for the feedback and ideas. I gave the incorrect information in my first post it was actually the LKL with the A pedal that was giving me the trouble. Still trying to get my head around tuning it properly. More of an inexperienced operator problem then a mechanical problem. Thank...

GFI Student Model Tuning Problems
Hi there folks, I am a newbie to the Pedal Steel. I have played 6 string for 20 years and I am finding the transition pretty good. The problem is I bought a GFI Student Model New through a music shop in Sydney, whilst I thought this guitar is great, I am having trouble with the tuning. I have follow...
