Do these locking heads have a set screw to tighten? It looks like a straight shaft is used for pull rod and the locking head fits on the shaft?

Jimmie, I'd be interested in a 10 string. 3/8 spacing is alright, that's what my gut string is but tighter spacing, aka Emmons/JCH would be preferable for me.
