Hal Leonard publishing just released a new book that is exceptional. "Pedal Steel Chords & Scales Easy-t0-use guide to more that 1,100 Chords and 430 Scale Forms" The book is by Chad Johnson and is only $8.00.
The layout and the diagrams are excellent.

Andy, I am a beginner steel player and a beginner BIAB user both are quite a challenge. I got my steel the end of November and purchased BIAB 2014 shortly after. I would definitely be interested in your files
