Enjoyed the PODCAST....KEEP IT UP!

Hi Bryan, I listened to your PODCAST today and it carried me through my cardio-rehab with a smile. Thanks for that! I'm still just a novice (about one year) on 10 strings but found a lot of your comments and regards for the instrument are what I am discovering. I hope you find success with this vent...

Tonu, Your tone is very good to my ears. For whatever reason, I love the sound of PSG over top of a backing organ, especially if its a realistic B3 sound. I just think its a great combination of sound. I have a question regarding your tone if I may ask... Did you record with your GFI? I have a GFI E...

Hi,

I'm looking for ten knobs for a Peavey Session 400 (@seventies). These would either be all silver or silver with black. Please let me know if you have any that you would like to sell.

Thanks for looking.

Hi Gary, I appreciate your suggestion for the Ebay items. The items that I see on Ebay are Nashville 400 chassis' and I "believe" these are not as wide as the Session chassis. While the N400 would sound just fine for me, I already have a custom cabinet finished and would prefer the 24-1/2&...

Re: Session 400 Chassis

CHECK TOMMY CASS POST, HE HAS ONE I thank you for the effort and heads-up Ed but I missed out on Tommy's Session 400 chassis ad/post the other day...it sold. He does have two 400 Limited(s) for sale but I already have a custom cabinet and am holding out for a Session 400. My custom cabinet currentl...

WTB Session 400 chassis (working)

I missed out on Tommy Cass' Session 400 chassis but I am still interested in locating a working one for sale. I'm most interested in the "400"....not "500" and not Limited or LTD. I have a cabinet and the critical dimensions of the chassis need to be 24-1/2" wide x 2-1/4&quo...

Thank you guys for the responses. Does anyone know the actual part number for the blue marvel? When I look for part numbers mentioned in some old threads I can't find anything on the peavey site....lots of blue marvel options though.

I agree with you Jon. It may be incorrect logic, but I always thought it would only be a problem if you were clipping your amplifier...which I guess could occur more frequently with a mismatched (inefficient) speaker. I probably wouldn't see any clipping in my living room, but it could be a problem ...

Opinions on a speaker application...

I have a used Yamaha G50-112 II amplifier. For those who don't know this amplifier, it is a solid state, 50 watt, single 12 combo with a very nice parametric eq section. It is recommended by some jazz guitarists for it clean channel sound. It probably needs a fresh speaker. I know there are tons of ...

Thanks Joe. I am looking at that site for options for some of the other knobs, but their option for the bottom control (tone sweep) won't work....already tried it. I think Virgil has me covered. Thanks again!
