I have success!.....
I did a little research and discovered that to adjust the LKR (lower E) you need to use an Allen wrench on the end by the nylon washers..... I never knew

Hi all, I just purchased my first Steel and I found the legs a little short. I went to Menards and bought these. Very simple and cheap @ $2.11 each. It gave me another 1 1/2 inch of space.
