Same thing happened to me. I emailed them and Pat Quilter responded with the hour. They sent me the return info, fixed my amp the day they received it and got it back to me. Excellent customer service!

I hsve a couple of BJS 12 string bars. I was using a 15/16 but I felt like the 7/8 was easier to pick up when playing hammer ons or open strings. Butch is a class act and even let me compare 2 bars and send one back.

You might already know this, but playing a whole step down from any chord produces a dominant 7th. So if you're in A, you can use 2 string A and G chords moving up and down the neck.

I think there a lot of people that would love to see a video from you. If you do make one, please include tab with right hand fingering. That's where some of the others fall short for me. They don't show how they're picking very clearly.
