Shout-out to Doug and his guitars AND service. Both are excellent. I've had the StageOne and currently have the Encore.

My first "steel"...$125 from a pawn shop....learned string grips and basic AB pedal and open chords/notes/sounds.....lasted about a month before I got a StageOne....sold the Buddy for $125 .....that was 14 months ago

What seems to be the average cost of these amps? With the effects package as well?

$50 more gets you a brand new StageOne with 3 and 4, an excellent travel case with leg/rod pouch and builder support from Doug just a phone call away. Just saying.......bang for the buck.....the only thing more expensive than buying it once is buying it twice......
