Kenny Krupnick

Kenny, I was saddened to read in another post that Dennis Robison passed away a few years ago. I last saw him at several of Gary Preston's jams, but I suppose that has been 12 or 15 years ago. Dennis was one of the good guys and a great player to boot.

I met Jerry years ago at one of Doug Rolfe's gospel steel shows in Indianapolis, he was one of those people you felt like you had known for years, even though you just met. A Christian man, an excellent player and steel repairman. He played with much taste and tone, I will miss his posts here, praye...

I am very distressed to learn of this.
Bonnie and I enjoyed the gospel shows Doug did in Indianapolis. I know he will be missed by many. Prayers for you and your family.

Bonnie Lou was an icon here in the Cincinnati area in I suppose the late 1940's until the 70's or later. I know she did a lot of work on WLW radio and later WLWT-TV. As far as an answer to your question I can't say with any authority but I do know a Northern Kentucky six string guitar player named E...

Has anybody ever see any pictures of Charlie Stepps work shop where he built the Derbys? I would love to see them. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures although I was at the Stepp's once probably 20 or so years ago. The shop as I remember was a detached garage behind the house. No expert by any ...

What a sad loss to the world, both steel guitar and in general. I met Bobbe in the early 2000's, he always treated me like a long lost friend. I'm a diesel and heavy equipment mechanic by trade...I always wanted to talk guitars with him and he wanted to talk mechanics and show me his latest projects...

I have a nice Nashville 112 and would be interested in a trade but I'm afraid shipping would make the deal unattractive for both of us. I'm in southern Indiana.
