Kenny Krupnick
Kenny, I was saddened to read in another post that Dennis Robison passed away a few years ago. I last saw him at several of Gary Preston's jams, but I suppose that has been 12 or 15 years ago. Dennis was one of the good guys and a great player to boot.

I met Jerry years ago at one of Doug Rolfe's gospel steel shows in Indianapolis, he was one of those people you felt like you had known for years, even though you just met. A Christian man, an excellent player and steel repairman. He played with much taste and tone, I will miss his posts here, praye...

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures although I was at the Stepp's once probably 20 or so years ago. The shop as I remember was a detached garage behind the house. No expert by any ...

What a sad loss to the world, both steel guitar and in general. I met Bobbe in the early 2000's, he always treated me like a long lost friend. I'm a diesel and heavy equipment mechanic by trade...I always wanted to talk guitars with him and he wanted to talk mechanics and show me his latest projects...
