It never ceases to amaze me when I read through all these comments, that people would want to take a vintage instrument like this and swap out the pickup..This is the way the guitar was designed and sounded back in those days..Those pickups gave it that desired vitage sound..That sound can`t be exac...

Msa U 12

From looking at the Pics,, I'd have to say this guitar was a D 10 conversion. It looks like a professional job.... I have a 1973 S12 all original with an extended E 9th tuning I use these days as my main go to guitar..These things are built like a tank.It plays like a dream with zero issues.. But the...

Last year, I acquired an MSA S12 steel guitar,(1973) and it came complete with an MSA tone bar..After playing a variety of other tone bars for the last 27 years or so,, THIS is the one I was looking for from the outset..It fits my hand perfectly, and it's as smooth as they come also..I keep all the ...

. Thanx Bobby, but I was hoping for a wiring schematic..Your description is somewhat helpful though.. The 6 contacts on the switch tells me it's a DPDT switch.. But I'm not too sure on how to proceed with the wiring as you describe it... I do appreciate your reply.. Thanx..

Lloyd Green The White Light..

If my memory serves me correctly, I first heard this song done by Lloyd back in about 1992.. I was attending Jeffran College in Nashville there, when Lloyd dropped into the class on a surprise visit( set up by Jeff, of course).. Lloyd was rehearsing some of his music for the Steel Guitar Convention ...
