I have a 1973 S12 all original with an extended E 9th tuning I use these days as my main go to guitar..These things are built like a tank.It plays like a dream with zero issues.. But the...

Lloyd Green The White Light..
If my memory serves me correctly, I first heard this song done by Lloyd back in about 1992.. I was attending Jeffran College in Nashville there, when Lloyd dropped into the class on a surprise visit( set up by Jeff, of course).. Lloyd was rehearsing some of his music for the Steel Guitar Convention ...

I'm the proud owner of one of Jeff's fine instruments, a D10 Cat Bro, and am extremely satisfied with it..The craftsmanship is as good as it gets, and the finish is beautiful. It plays as smooth as silk and the tone suits me to a tee.. Can't ask for anything more.Although I've never met Jeff persona...

I agree whole heartedly with you Roger...I don't know why Gary's playing affects me either, but magical it is.. Very few players have that affect on me...He has that rare ability to project his soul, if you will, into the songs he plays and , unless you are void of feelings, you can certainly feel it...
