I often noticed that Buddy Charleton played “on top” of ET quite often but it was always so right for the song.

At one time I owned two G2's; one with a 705 reissue and one with a Telonics 409. In the G2, the 409 was the clear winner to my ears. I've been very pleased with it.

You just can’t beat them! Butch is such a great guy to deal with too.

I have them on a Franklin, Mullen G2, and a Zum Hybrid. My ears don't detect any difference.

Mike Sweeney uses them. You might want to get his take on them.

Bobbe Seymour sold clear covers like these and i got one about twenty years ago. It has held up well and never discolored.

Maybe it's not good for lacquer but it's fine on a mica guitar.

I am due for a replacement soon. It's a nice cover in my opinion.

One other point to consider is that when tuning a tuning compensator make sure you lower the string via the knee lever then turn it in the direction you desire.
