I used a switchcraft 151 thick panel phone jack to replace the Mic connector on my Supro. It works great.

A pickup for an electric bass steel is easy, but for an acoustic how big would the resonator cone need to be?
Or would a mega tri-cone provide better harmonics and sustain?
Sounds like a job for a good prototype shop.

It seems like you'd.need to raise the action and use a bottleneck slide on that Beast!

Bill - I'm in awe of your recording and performance. Your experience really shows. I'd be interested to know how the 14 strings are tuned to provide such range, realizing that is only part of the equation. Also, what length bar do you use? Thanks for posting it. - Ed

I've found overall dimensions with good details on the forum but thought I'd reach out to see if anyone has documented them in a drawing. Thanks - Ed

The video you posted is very helpful for me resurrecting an early 70's MSA.
If you figure out how to post photos, I'd really appreciate some shots of your guitar showing the crossbars and knee lever mechanisms.
(BTW I posted photos so it can't be 2 hard!)
