Try going to the setup.exe file on the disk and right-click, then choose "run as administrator". That may possibly work.

I recently did the Brad Sarno component upgrade to a 1975 Session 400 with a JBL D130 15" speaker. I don't believe I've heard a better sounding steel amp.You can read about the upgrade at the link below if interested.

If the cables check ok, but problem is still there, look inside the reverb pan at the back side of the connectors where the reverb coil wires attach. These wires are tiny, and sometimes break where they are soldered to the connectors.
