I own an OMI bell brass chromed 10 string with the Wild Rose engraving. It was made in 1976 and I believe it is the one mentioned on Pete's web page as
John Dopyera saying they made "one". They had a model 10 wooden Dobro in their catalog back then.

The only Rogue I ever had was a biscuit bridge.
On a Spider bridge there's no connection between the coverplate and the cone, so tightening the cover screws would have no effect.
