I had the same problem till I adjusted my seat to a 22in height! :whoa: While trying to solve my problem I found posts suggesting extending the knee levers with some sort of stiff tubing or you can always get the carter underheight kits. Good Luck.

I have the opposite problem. I am 5'6 but seem to be a touch to short to reach the knee levers comfortably. Maybe I am doing it wrong.... sigh :\
