I followed her on YouTube and I was impressed by her style, new ideas, the way she thought and the way she talked on the interviews.
A great person.

TablEdit is a software PSG

Hi all, I just read this post and I think I should say something. TablEdit is a software that is fully compatible with PSG, both on musical Standard Notation and Tablature. The people who use it best, to my knowledge, are Doug Beaumier and Alex Cattaneo. Actually the developers of TablEdit customize...

you got it, a real challenge yet worthwhile for an effective fingerboard display of slide instruments.
Many Thanks

Hi Matthieu,

I saw the YouTube videos with the TablEdit Fingerboard Screen option, which is fine.
However, I am more inclined to know about the Virtual Fingerboard that Kirk Lorange displays on the links that I posted.

Many Thanks

How to create animated fretboard

Hi all, I'm using TablEdit for quite a long time, initially for guitar (6 & 12-string) Then I learnt that Doug Beaumier and Alex Cattaneo produced very good tabs for Pedal Steel Guitar, and I started to try and do something on this. My new challenge is to devise an animated fretboard, both for g...

The last post is correct except for omitting the 9th floor pedal, which most all of my guitars have had since the 1970s. The 9th floor pedal lowers 6th string one tone and lowers 9th string one half tone. :) Well, the 9th floor pedal is not on the Tab Companion Book of your "By Request" C...

Tommy White's C6 Copedent

Now I transcribed the C6th copedent of Tommy White, with the correction of the 1st string. Thanks for pointing this out and, again, apologies, for what I thought it was a typo.

Re: Tommy White's C6th Copedant

Rocky Evangelisti wrote:Actually, the book states that it is a D on string one and not G on the C6th neck.
That's correct. I thought that was a typo (never heard of this).
But definitely the book indicates D for the first string.
Sorry to have bypassed this point.
Thanks

I have finished the restoration on the S 10 Fingertip guitar. I had the cabinet completely refinished, and inlaid the name and card cluster on the front. This is the same guitar that I posted photos of a few posts back. Everything's been completely rebuilt, has four new knee levers, and a rewound p...

Tab Index

Hi Alex, I would like to acknowledge your fabulous contribution to the pedal steel guitar tablatures. I started using TablEdit some years ago, first on acoustic guitar tabs, then on pedal steel, when I learnt that Doug Beaumier worked on such a request. Your tabs are impeccable and of a great help. ...

Re: Interesting U12 Copedent

Daniel, Spain is a beautiful country. My Dad lived outside of Alicante, so I was able to spend some time in both Madrid and the Med coast. We rented an old S.E.A.T and drove across central country. I'd love to make that trip again sometime. That copedant is something I came up with to enable using ...

Interesting U12 Copedent

- the traditional ninth string "D" is still present in E9th, but gone when B6th is "locked" in. Hi Tony, I think I found something unique on your copedent. I am contemplating to change to the U12 and so far I mainly played E9th, very little of C6th. So I was assuming that, due t...
