what tuning did you use for the cigar box steel

iknow this is about $200 - what are the presets that it has - looking for the roy wiggins tuning -old country -

merry christmas would like to purchase a reasoable priced tuner and would like some input as to what model and brand to get i have recently purchased a double 8 fender but don't know what the tuning set up is - all comments and reccomendations are welcome - would like to use my xmas gift certificate...

i do have a small fender amp believe it's 25 watts
should i go for more watts

just acquired a fender double neck stringmaster - plan on using an E6th and B13 tunings for old country
sound - would welcome all comments about this
i'm very new to the steel so need goood coaching - would also like advice about a decent tuner too

i just picked up a double neck for 600 - thought that was a good deal - i'm new and learning -going to tune to E6th and B13 - any comments are welcome -need advice on buying a moderate priced tuner
